Description
The morning Code of Ethics class is "Code of Ethics: The Promise of Professionalism" - We will take a deep dive into how the Code of Ethics came to be, why they are informative to a Realtor's business practices and what they mean for Realtors, their industry and association.
In the afternoon class "CORE: Current Issues in Washing Real Estate" - We will examine the legislative updates from the recent 2025 session and the impact they have upon the RCWs and WACs as well as upon real estate practices and compliance. We will finish by looking at the most recent real estate compliance issues with the WA DOL and the trending issues and changing practices in our industry.
