Phones, Forms and Ninja Moves with Annie Fitzsimmons brings a full day of timely, engaging continuing education to Walla Walla Valley Association of REALTORS® members and guests. Join Washington REALTORS® Legal Hotline Lawyer Annie Fitzsimmons on June 3 at the Walla Walla Country Club for two interactive 3.5 CE-hour classes designed to inform, engage, and energize your real estate practice. The morning session, Best of the Legal Hotline, is a fun, interactive course built around the real questions and concerns REALTORS® face in daily practice. Course content stays current and changes from class to class based on the issues most relevant to the students in attendance. Attendees will receive practical pointers and tips they can apply immediately to reduce liability, improve transaction quality, and create a more professional experience for clients, colleagues, and themselves. After lunch, the afternoon session, Washington Ninja REALTOR®, invites attendees into a fun and interactive challenge. WWVAR will recruit 10 contestants to participate in the quest to become Walla Walla’s Washington Ninja REALTOR®. This 3.5 CE-hour class brings energy, interaction, and a little friendly competition to the afternoon. Breakfast and lunch are included. WWVAR members attend free, and non-members may attend for $75.
